NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. This is a sweepstakes. This promotion is not a raffle, lottery, or gambling event.

SPONSOR

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by El Chingon LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, located in Columbus, Ohio, and operating under the brand name Trocas Mamalonas ("Sponsor").

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, members, affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins September 18, 2026 at 8:00 PM Central Time and ends September 18, 2026 at 8:30 PM Central Time. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

HOW TO ENTER

There are two methods of entry. Method One – Purchase Entry. During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may visit trocasmamalonas.com and purchase eligible merchandise. Each eligible product will clearly state the number of Sweepstakes entries received with that purchase. Method Two – Free Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry). To enter without purchase, handwrite your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a standard envelope with sufficient postage to: El Chingon LLC. 840 E Como Ave. Columbus, Ohio 43224. Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive twenty-four (24) entries into the Sweepstakes. Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in an individual envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries permitted. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 18, 2026 and received no later than September 23, 2026 by 12:00 PM Central Time.

PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 2026 RAM 3500 Limited 4x4 Crew Cab dually, gray exterior, 6.7L Cummins turbo diesel, zero (0) miles, custom lifted with black KG1 Forged wheels, off-road tires, and tonneau cover. Approximate retail value: $112,900.

In lieu of the vehicle prize listed above, winner may elect to receive a cash alternative of $60,000 (Sixty Thousand United States Dollars). The cash alternative must be elected in writing within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. Election of the cash alternative forfeits the vehicle prize.

If winner does not make a written election within the fourteen (14) day election period, winner will receive the vehicle prize by default.

Prize is awarded AS IS with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, title, registration, licensing, insurance, transportation, delivery, and any other costs associated with the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion.

Total approximate retail value of available prizes: $112,900.

DRAWING

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on September 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM Central Time. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The winner will be notified by phone, email, or direct message using the contact information submitted with the entry. Winner must respond within fourteen (14) days of first notification attempt. If winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within fourteen (14) days, is found ineligible, or fails to sign and return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful a Publicity Release before the prize is awarded.

TAXES

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC reflecting the approximate retail value of the prize received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, members, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising from participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, internet interruptions, or printing errors.

PUBLICITY

By accepting a prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner's name, likeness, city, and state for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the courts of Ohio.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Entrants waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to this Sweepstakes.
